Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Drs. Plant Brand™ is not responsible for delays caused by weather, shipping carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional shipping charges may apply for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. 

If your package arrives damaged, please contact shop@drsplantbrand.com within 7 days of delivery.
