At Drs. Plant Brand™, we stand behind our products and want you to feel confident trying them.
30-DAY FIRST-TIME CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
If you are not satisfied with your first purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will review your request for a refund.
To qualify:
• The request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
• The guarantee applies only to a customer’s first purchase.
• Limit one satisfaction guarantee refund per customer or household.
NO RETURN REQUIRED
For approved refund requests, we generally do not require products to be returned.
REFUND AMOUNT
Approved refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the product only. Original shipping charges, expedited shipping charges, taxes, and other fees are non-refundable.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shop@drsplantbrand.com. We may request photographs of the product and packaging to help resolve the issue.
REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.
POLICY ABUSE
Drs. Plant Brand™ reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, excessive refund activity, or violations of this policy.
